Divisional Support Manager
Stephen James Consulting continue to work with one of there key not-for-profit elderly care providers, in the search for an Area Support Manager, covering a portfolio of care homes.
This newly created role will primarily focus on supporting the delivery of high-quality outcomes and financial performance in identified focus homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Regional Director of Care in achieving pre-agreed quality and business targets and KPIs
- Supporting Registered Managers with the day-to-day running and development of their home.
- Interim management of a care home in the absence of a Registered Manager.
- To provide strong leadership skills to enhance client’s quality of life by identifying and reducing risks by conducting care audits and taking corrective action

The role of Area Support Manager is offering £55,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance + Travel + Accommodation salary range is dependent on candidate experience.
