Stephen James Consulting are working with one of their not-for-profit elderly care providers, in the search for an Regional Support Manager (RGN) covering a portfolio of care homes.

This newly created role will primarily focus on supporting the delivery of high-quality outcomes and financial performance in identified focus homes.

Key Responsibilities: 

  •  Supporting the Regional Director of Care in achieving pre-agreed quality and  business targets and KPIs
     
  • Supporting Registered Nursing Home Managers with the day-to-day running and development of their home.
     
  • Interim management of a care home in the absence of a Registered Manager.
     
  • To provide strong leadership skills to enhance client’s quality of life by identifying and reducing risks by conducting care audits and taking corrective action

The role of RGN Regional Support Manager salary range is dependent on candidate experience.
