Senior Registered Manager

This newly created role of Senior Registered Manager will be pivotal in managing services for this developing Learning Disability and Mental Health provider based in Northamptonshire. 

As the Senior Registered Manager, you will provide clear direction and be responsible for the day-to-day management for the services for adults with Learning Disabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Management and supervision of a staff team, financial and health and safety management to fulfil statutory obligations.

• Take overall responsibility for health and safety, including all risk assessments according to our policies and CQC requirements.
  
  
• Create and update support plans for all service users, ensuring these are shared and adhered to to promote good health, independence and skills.
  
  
• Support service users with any individual health needs including organising support from the GP, district nurse etc, and to organise the ordering, receipt and safe administration of all medications used within the home. 
  
  
• Responsible for the management and supervision of staff to enable them to maximise their potential, through leadership, coaching, example, support and guidance.

To be Shortlisted for this key role of Senior Registered Manager you will need the following experience:

• Have a level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  
  
• Essential you have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing Residential services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health or Supported Living. 
  
  
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
  
  
• Able to demonstrate a pro-active leadership style. 
  
  
• The ability to hold a CQC registration. 
  
  
• Have strong people and communication skills, along with proven commercial acumen.
